Top 3 Halloween Pranks Gone Wrong A comedy article

Halloween is a holiday that poses only one question: trick or treat?
We at ZUG have always preferred the tricks, but this is not always the wisest course of action. Some Halloween pranks fail miserably -- the shaving cream rocket explodes in your car, or your crane operator drops the massive pumpkin.
We scoured the Internet for the epic fails, the Top 3 Halloween Pranks Gone Wrong. Here they are, in order of owning:
1) Zombie Attack. These high school students thought it would be funny to shoot a video interview with a student about his Halloween plans, then have a guy in a zombie mask jump out behind him. It was funny, but not in the way they intended.
This prank is notable for its three-way humiliation of the prankster: the student gets punched in the face, he falls into a trash can, and he's wearing a zombie mask with a top hat. What self-respecting zombie wears a top hat? The only one we can think of is Slash, and let's face it, even he looks kind of dorky in it.
Proof that top hats are not always classy.
2) Dinner Table Detonation. When making homemade fireworks, here's an important safety tip: DON'T BE THIS GUY.
One minute you're trying out your homemade firecracker on the dining room table, the next minute you're covered in black soot and powder. The dude looks like a chimney sweep. Only not nearly as cool.
"Holy smokes," he says, unaware of the irony -- unaware of anything, in fact, except a perpetual ringing in his ears and the smell of burnt vinyl tablecloth.
To make kids aware of the dangers of fireworks, they should show this video in every classroom in America -- except the kids would end up laughing so hard that sales of fireworks would skyrocket. (Bada boom! Hot pun-on-pun action!)
3) Warehouse Wipeout. This is the definition of a bumbling co-worker: all he has to do is hide in the box, listen for someone to walk by, then jump out wearing a mask. But you can tell from the very first shot that he's unsure of himself. And you cannot be a badass zombie killer if you are not 100% committed to the role. You'll be defeated by the Army of Darkness way before you ever find the Necronomicon.
The security guard is so nervous that he gets everything wrong: he jumps out too early, he forgets to scream, he takes off the mask immediately, and then he rolls over backward. For his pain, he is ridiculed by his co-worker, who literally Rolls On Floor Laughing, and then uploads the video to YouTube, where he is mocked several million more times.
As a business owner, it's got to feel good when you know that security guards like this are protecting you.
So this Halloween, when choosing whether to trick or treat, just remember: the treats rarely backfire.

I call fake on #2. The wick never sparks, it goes from dim to bright and apparently the guy changed his shirt before putting on blackface. Also if his hand was right above the explosion, it'd be hamburger.
It is a funny concept, but does a prank deliberately done poorly still count as a failed prank?
#1 is brilliant though. If the zombies do attack I'm surrounding myself with black people, they have awesome reflexs and that 1st reflex is to punch first and think later.
